Noura was born from a mother's frustration. When my daughter turned six months, I couldn't find baby food I truly trusted. Everything on the shelf was full of preservatives or stripped of the nutrients I grew up with.
So I went back to my grandmother's recipes — the sathu maavu, the ragi malt, the mixed grain porridges that raised generations of healthy Indian children. Made with traceable ingredients and no shortcuts.
